Only Admins may build in-game. You may place furniture in your home, but building OUTSIDE of your home or housing district will result in a demolition.

Killing Cops is bannable, if they are giving you orders you will listen, if not they have permission to take you down subtly, but if you surrender they must ceasefire and arrest you. If you attempt to kill an officer after surrendering to them you will be banned. This way there is a bit of power in play as there will be more jailtime for players and less killing and less people getting banned for KOS cops etc. Cops now have more authority and if they need to use it they can, If a player is blatantly breaking rules they will be banned, anyone committing crimes who runs from police will simply be fined for their crimes and for evading police.

KOS-
Kill on Sight: Deliberately Killing a player for no reason, or with no justified purpose.
Basically this means you didn't like someone or wanted their cool backpack so you kill them. You could've just wanted to join the server and kill people because you're bored.
BEWARE, THESE ARE SIGNS OF KOS TRASH.
RDM-
Random Death Match: Generating a hostile environment for another player outside of RP rules, such as shooting guns at them, or hitting them to make them fight back.
You can by all means have death matches with players, as long as it works within RP and both parties agree to the terms, and it isn't rigged. Both players must be in favor of the event and willingly participate.
NLR-
New Life Rule: When you die you: cannot go back to your body.
You cannot disclose any information regarding your death or the short time before your death. This is considered "meta-gaming"
Raiding:
Raiding is only supported when an Officer, FBI agent or National Guardsman is online.
Metagaming-
Meta is: Giving other players information that your character would not be able to have through death. Sharing information with players through Steam in order to gain an advantage or tell them something crucial. Using outside information to influence the RP. For example, if a police officer gets roadkill, he personally cannot respawn and put out a warrant for the arrest of said killer. Also metagaming is things like watching a players stream for the purposes of finding and killing him.
Hacking/Cheating- Using a modified client of the game, ESP, Wallbanging, forceadmin, norecoil, etc etc etc is equal to a report to rocketmod.com, an IP ban.
Using external programs to modify Unturned or hack a server may in most cases also get you VAC banned, so be careful not to do this.
Combat Logging:
Combat logging is when you log out during a fight or death scenario in order to keep your loot.
Logging during an arrest or while serving jail-time is also ban-able.
Healing XP Farming:
Hurting players for the sole purpose of healing them to farm xp is a temp ban for xp abuse
Exploits:
While it may be tempting to get free stuff or money, using an exploit and not reporting it is a permanent ban.
Griefing:
Griefing is harassing a player in any way, or giving them trouble where they don't deserve it. Basically Trolling. Don't put any barricades in people's doorways, and please don't trash-talk other people.
Discrimination:
Harassing a player for their Age, Gender, Race, Sexuality, etc etc, is one of the worst offenses a player can make, and will result in a ban if it is out of hand, or if the player continues to harass someone. We always try and bring the best out of people who grief, but if they can't be helped they are begging for a ban.

Vulgarity/Toxicity
Please don't bring vulgarity or vile chat/mic to the server. We don't need it, most people play games to get away from negativity in their life and talking about adult content or being vulgar is toxic to the server and will get a player Temp Banned then Perm Banned.
Mic spam and ear-rape is an instant ban.
Impersonating an Officer- Wearing Police gear while not in police is a permanent ban.
